Golden Valley is subject to service territory and economic regulation by the Regulatory Commission of Alaska (RCA), which has oversight over regulated utilities and pipeline carriers in the State of Alaska. The set of RCA-approved rules and rates that Golden Valley must follow is called the Tariff.
