If you are a Business and wish to establish electric service, please complete the Business Membership Application and return it to one of our Member Service Representatives. If you are a new Business, you will need to provide a copy of your business license along with a completed W-9 Form. If you wish to have an employee conduct business on your behalf, you will also need to complete a Business Designee form. *All business requests must be in writing.
